Admittance Terms

I acknowledge and agree that regular class attendance is important for the child's progress and understand that it is the parent/guardian's responsibility to ensure attendance. I understand tuition and school dues remain payable according to school policy, and that Al-Hidayah Academy Inc. may refuse admittance for violation of this agreement or for reasons deemed appropriate by management.

Medical Emergencies

If the student becomes ill or there is an emergency and the school cannot reach parent/guardian or emergency contacts, I authorize Al-Hidayah Academy Inc. staff to call a physician, ambulance, or emergency hospital as appropriate. I accept responsibility for expenses and agree to notify the school immediately of changes to personal, medical, or emergency information.

Media Release

I understand that my child may be interviewed, photographed, video recorded, or digitally recorded for Al-Hidayah Academy Inc. programs, services, events, website, flyers, or school promotion, and that materials may appear online or in other publications.

Physical Activities and Walking Excursions

I acknowledge that physical activity and supervised walking excursions may involve foreseeable risks. I understand Al-Hidayah Academy Inc. will take reasonable precautions and expect students to follow safety rules and teacher instructions.

Internet Usage and Electronic Devices

Internet access is provided for academic purposes under supervision and is a privilege. Cell phones and electronic devices must follow school policy and may need to be submitted to the main office during school hours.
